Hi Ismail,

Which type of normal user were you using that couldn't view the
employment history? I just tried as HR Staff (and HR Manager should be
the same) and everything looked correct. It should show up below the
link you clicked to add the employment data. And the edit link should
be right beside that. This all showed up when I tested using our latest
demo at: http://hris.capacityproject.org/iHRIS/Manage

If it still isn't showing up, maybe you could send a screenshot of the
lower part of the view person page?

As for the reports, we're going to be adding some new documentation next
week regarding the reporting system. They will be found here:
http://open.intrahealth.org/wiki/Technical_Documentation

The message about the user form can be ignored. It's not something that
needs to be cached. It's really just a notification so the report
should have been generated. Does it display a time next to the report
name after you generate them with the last generated time? If you go to
the Report Views section can you view the reports under the staff reports?

You can also try accessing the database directly to make sure the cached
tables have data. I believe there should be an option to use
PHPMyAdmin. You should just be able to change the URL to be /phpmyadmin
on your server if you don't see a menu item for it. When you select the
iHRIS Manage database it will display a list of all the tables. One of
them should be zebra_staff (or something similar). When you browse this
table does it show that data exists?

Also we'll have a new release for Windows finished soon that should help
with some of these issues.
