I am excited to finally share with all of you the collected materials
from the Workforce Planning Workshop we held last month, which are
available at http://www.capacityproject.org/workforce_planning_workshop/


This website includes all the presentations and flipcharts notes,
available from the agenda page, as well as a collection of supporting
resources provided by workshop participants and some photos taken during
the workshop. This website is intended to grow over time, so if you
would like to add more materials or resources, please send them to me
and I'll make sure they get posted.

There is also a participant's list with email contact information and
business contacts for some. If you would like to change your contact
information in this list, either to remove or add more information,
please also let me know and I will do it right away.

This is where documentation will be posted as it is finalized. We are
currently working on a brief summarizing the outcomes of the workshop,
which I hope to circulate to all of you for review soon, as well as the
specifications for the first iteration of the iHRIS Plan software. We
look forward to your input as we move into the software planning and
development phases!
